Tips: Most of Yemeni food depend on the censing by an onion skin, little of oil and a live coal.

Tips: To get rid of sedimentation and grease which stick on walls because of cooking effect, put a piece of coal (medium size) above the oven or cookery 5 meter high, this help you to get rid of fat that precipitate on the walls.
