sugar, cardamom and ground nutmeg for 10 minutes then add tea
powder and leave it over heat for 5 minutes, after that low the
heat and leave it to boil for another 10 minutes over low heat. |

a long handled Arabic coffee pot, a small saucepan may be used.
add remaining ingredients. Over medium heat bring this mixture
to a boil. Remove from heat until the bubbles disappear. Return
to boiling. Repeat this process 3 times. Pour into demitasse
cups and serve. |
