Any required bank guarantees including Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds and Final Guarantee Bonds can be collected and included with the tendering documents and if an offer is not successful, the Bid bond can be collected and returned to the interested party accordingly. Your bank guarantees are given high priorities as they are our own bank guarantees and we make sure a swift massage is sent to your bank to cancel such a bank guarantee as soon as its purpose expires with the customer . If an interested party requires a visit, we make our contacts and assist you to decide whom you are interested to meet. We make sure your appointment is there, and update you, so you can book your flight and take your flight on time. We arrange for you to be picked up from the airport, arrange a hotel accommodation, a translator, and a car with a driver, arrange meetings and seminars, and, ensure you meet the right people at the right level. The tenders advertised in newspaper are government official local and international tenders, and we always make sure of their legitimacy and make sure the budget has been allocated and inform you of the status. Some tenders require us to deliver the product/service before receiving any advance payments or L/Cs, and the customer does not offer any payment guarantees more than saying you are dealing with a public institute possessed to the country's government, your contract is enough for payment guarantee. In this latter case, our value is more important to your business. We can be your right hand carrying all analysis and evaluation for such customer. We will study the situation, analyze circumstances and update you of customer's reliability. We will not advise you to proceed till we are confident you will be getting the payments, we will insure your contract is taking all measures which protects your rights according to applicable laws in Yemen. Basically, you have just to focus on how to develop your export credit to Yemen with your bankers, and our job is to seek the appropriate business opportunities and make sure your business is safe. Upon your delivery for the contracted products/services we are there with you or on your behalf to make sure a fair provisional acceptance is taking place on time and without any prejudice.
